NATO Suspicious Approach Report

NATO Shipping Centre today carries a report of a suspicious approach in the Arabian Sea yesterday, December 21st. 
According to the report, a merchant vessel in position 11.36N-63.55E was approached by two skiffs at 1636 UTC. As the skiffs closed to within 2nm, the merchant vessel increased speed and altered course. Vessel is safe.
