Somali pirates in Somalia’s semi-autonomous region of Puntland renewed clan clashes that have thus far left four wounded in the Rako Raho area of Karkaar region, officials and witnesses told Somalia Report on Tuesday.
The clash is between Ali Saleebaan and Ugaad Saleebaan (two sub-clans of Majeerteen) related with water usage by grazing farm animals in rural area near Rako Raho district in Karkaar region. This week, elders from other regions of Puntland
