NATO Alert Report: Suspicious Approach

The NATO Shipping Centre this evening reports a Suspicious Approach and alerts vessel Masters in the vicinity to be on alert. 
The report states that a merchant vessel was approached by a suspicious boat at position 13.03N-048.52E at 0730 UTC. The small boat was drifting approximately 6nm from the IRTC and later increased speed to approach the merchant vessl and then followed from its beam. The small boat did this for 15 minutes before ceasing its approach.
