Pirate Attacks Down Due to Tough Weather Conditions

Rough weather conditions have prevented many pirate skiffs from heading out to sea. Last week just one commercial vessel reported an attack. Excited by their newly hijacked motherships, the gangs holding the al-Khalil and the al-Wasil were quick to set offshore.
