There is a report of four skiffs acting suspiciously approximately 100nm SW of Cape Comorin, India, in vicinity of 07 56N 076 13E (NSC 5/12). This is close to the eastern border of the High Risk Area (HRA). The skiffs are still in the area.
Masters are reminded to register with MSCHOA as early as possible prior to entering, ensure prompt daily reporting with UKMTO, as well as maintain vigilance throughout the HRA.
