YOKOSUKA, Japan – Sailors and residents of Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) celebrated the national observance of Black History Month by hosting a ceremony at the CFAY Chapel of Hope, Feb 15.
The theme of this year’s ceremony was “Black Women in American Culture.”
