PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii – The submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) arrived in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, for a port visit Jan. 23.
“I’m kind of excited”, said Yeoman 2nd Class Christopher Brown, a Sailor assigned to the Cable. “I’ve never been there, so it’s something new to see.”
During their two week voyage from Guam to Hawaii, Sailors worked on qualifications and participated in many fire, flooding, man-overboard and abandoned ship drills.
