YOKOSUKA, Japan – The Chapel of Hope at Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) hosted the 33rd birthday celebration of the Religious Program Specialist (RP) rate on Jan. 17.
RP’s provide support to Navy chaplains in developing programs to meet the needs of Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard personnel and their families.The celebration gathered all available RP’s in the region to take part in the event.
