Police in Somalia's semi-autonomous Galmudug region have arrested 3 Somali pirates believed to be behind the recent kidnapping of the region's Education minister Burhan Warsame Igal, local officials said on Wednesday.
Local authorities told Somalia Report that the hostage-takers were seized late on Tuesday shortly after releasing the minister.
