Judge rules that accused Somali pirate's statements to FBI aboard plane are admissible

NORFOLK, Va. — A federal judge has ruled that a Somali man's statements that he had been asked to negotiate the release of four American hostages who were later shot and killed can be heard during his piracy trial in a Virginia courtroom.
