Supreme Court orders South of England P&I Association to be wound up

The South of England Protection and Indemnity Association (Bermuda) Ltd (SEPIA) is set to be wound up following an order by the Supreme Court of Bermuda.
KPMG partners Michael Morrison and Charles Thresh have been appointed as joint provisional liquidators.
Mr Morrison, a restructuring partner at KPMG, said: “Following the winding-up order, we have advised all known brokers and requested that they communicate the same to the business’
