There has been a report of a vessel behaving suspiciously in the Arabian Sea in the vicinity of 1747N 06238E. The suspicious vessel closed to within 4NM of a merchant vessel and then turned off all the navigation lights. No description of the suspicious vessel was provided. There was no attempted approach or attack.
