As mentioned in the Daily Piracy Update, NATO has details of an attack on a merchant vessel today, Tuesday Sept. 20th, at 0734 UTC. According to NATO's report (which has not appeared on the IMB's Live Piracy site at the time of writing), a merchant vessel undwerway was attacked by two skiffs in position 04:47S-044:35E.
NATO believes that the pirates responsible are operating in the area from a Jelbut dhow and states that the high level of activity in the area off the Somali/Kenya border
